How much does shipping cost?

For Vic Metro customers we offer FREE EXPRESS shipping for orders over $89.95. For orders under this value and customers in interstate locations, the shipping costs depend on the weight and the volume of your package which will be displayed at check out. At KOKO Event Supplies, we negotiate the best shipping rates and pass on the savings to the customer.

Will my order go express?

We offer express postage as an option, please select at check out.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note - Australia Post are unfortunately experiencing huge delays at the moment and the below estimated transit times may not apply. The best advice we can give is to plan ahead and order early. Do not rely on the transit times listed below.

If your order is shipped via Express Post, it will generally be delivered within 1-2 business days providing you are within the Express Post serviced area.

Regular Post takes a bit longer and delivery times can vary, as shown in the table below:

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! In your shipping confirmation email there’ll be a unique tracking code that you can enter on the Australia Post website: http://post.com.au/track

We suggest to allow Australia Post approximately 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on their website.

My package isn’t here yet. What’s going on?

Track your parcel on the Australia Post website. You’ll find your tracking code in the shipping confirmation email.

If things aren’t making sense in the tracking, we’re happy to help out.

Does my order need to be signed for when it’s delivered?

It’s up to you. If you would like this to happen simply request this in the notes section when you order.

However there are two things you need to know:

If you choose ‘No signature required’, we can’t be held liable for your parcel going missing.
Also, strangely, we can’t guarantee that Australia Post won’t ask for a signature anyway. In some areas, Australia Post will require a signature on all parcels regardless of what you specify.

I placed an order but didn't receive confirmation?

There are a few possible reasons why you might not have received a confirmation email after placing an order:

Check your junk email; it's sometimes hiding in there.
If you have other email accounts, make sure you're checking the right one!

If you have double checked those points and still don't have a confirmation email, please get in touch with us and we shall follow it up.

The situations with which you can or cannot return your items are listed below:

I changed my mind about a product. How do I return it?

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return an unopened/unused product, that’s no problem. Here’s what you need to do:

Get in touch with our service team.
Post the item back to us within 30 days of ordering it (you’ll need to cover the shipping costs).
We’ll process your refund (less the original shipping costs) when we receive and check the items.
Note: We can’t refund goods that have already been opened or used, unless it’s a damage or quality issue (see the question below).

My product/s are damaged?

Damaged parcels are the worst! We’d be happy to sort this out for you, but here’s the important part: if you receive damaged goods do not throw anything away!

Snap a photo of the damage and send it through to us. We can then arrange to replace or swap the items, and we will make arrangements for you to return the damaged items back to us if it is necessary.

I received the wrong item?

Although we do our best to ensure we send out the correct items, from time to time we may make a silly error and send out an incorrect item, we are human too!

If this happens please contact us and we can exchange the product free of charge. If there is not enough time for you to receive the exchanged product, we can give you a full refund.
